I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again…….Great content comes from within!
I mean, who knows your business better than you do?  Chances are, the reason behind  creating your business in the first place is because you saw a need somewhere and you knew that deep inside you were the answer.

For most entrepreneurs, the issue lies not in the ‘what’ to put out but the ‘how’ to put out all that valuable juicy nuggets that keeps your customers coming interested.

Here are five ways you can create content that will keep the masses pumped, motivated and coming back for more.

  • Create content that tells a story.

Everything you do, have gone through or experienced is a story to tell. Whether its blogs, videos or social media posts, using a story can set the tone for the lesson you are trying to teach. It can break the ice and make you seem more authentic and approachable.   The trick is to bridge the gap between the story you’re telling and the message you’re trying to convey.

  • Content that reveals a secret.

We all love to be ‘in the know’ so why not position your content to reveal a secret that your target absolutely needs to hear? Remember you are the expert in your field, your customers are not….why not divulge a juicy, top secret  detail that will touch their very heart and soul and move them into action.

  • Content that is positive.

People are bombarded with negativity on a daily basis. Everywhere you turn it just seems to get worse. Sometimes it feels like there is just no way to escape all the awful things that keep popping up in our newsfeeds.  Spread some positive vibes in a world that seems filled with doom and gloom. Be a beacon of hope and provide motivation and inspiration to others.

  • Content that focuses on the underdog.

Who doesn’t love a good underdog story? Share something that you, or someone you know has gone through and overcame. Show people you’re human just like them and that they are not alone in their journey. Share a story about rising up and defying the odds.

  • Content that puts persons into action.

Empower persons as well as show off your talents and expertise with action oriented content such as challenges or contests. Aim to add value so that persons can look back and see how far they’ve come and how much they’ve learned over a period of time.

When it comes to creating content, there’s no need to reinvent the wheel. Sometimes re purposing and re publishing old content is the way to go, especially if you have already spent hours framing your ideas and fleshing out your concepts.

Look for content that previously had little interaction or maybe even content that was well received, consider utilizing that information in another way, maybe a video or a challenge. Just always remember to be persistent and continuously put yourself out there……..you never know who may be watching!
