This is Cassia, the Branding Queen.

She’s the owner of CDB Design Studio and one of the main reasons why my website looks so fantastic. She’s also my one of my business besties.

We met a few months ago and the relationship just naturally took shape. We literally talk every night now sharing ideas, encouraging each other or venting when things just don’t go as planned.

You too will come to realize that you will need your own business bestie because running an empire is hard work. With long days and even longer nights, there’s just no way you can do it alone and while you may not chat with your bestie every night, you’ll come to lean on them the way Cassia and I have.

  • We bounce ideas off of each other all the time

It’s great to have someone you can trust who will not only keep your thoughts and ideas confidential but who can give you real, honest advice. We may not always agree but a spirited conversation about how to move your business forward is always welcomed.

  • We keep each other on track

As time goes on, it’s easy to get distracted. Between life and business, disappointment and stress you can literally just feel to give up. We make sure that we do not allow negativity to make us lose focus. At the end of the day we want for each other’s business the same thing we want for our own, which is to succeed.

  • We understand each other.

Some of our non business friends or family just won’t get what we go through. It’s nice to have someone who really knows the emotions and the issues entrepreneurs face on a regular basis and give solid advice from a place of understanding.

  • We offer professional advice to each other.

She saw where I needed assistance with branding and I saw where she needed help with her marketing and we offered our professional advice to each other. Having fresh eyes on your business, especially from someone who is an expert in their field can truly help you with your business.

  • We make each other laugh

Business doesn’t have to be all serious and sometimes you need someone to remind you of that. We laugh at ourselves and each other and keep it light, fun and remind each other it’s not the end of the world.

Once you have a business bestie, I promise you this entrepreneurial journey will be much easier.
